Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, any telephone number and project area you choose to provide, the service selected, and the message you write.
Why we use it
We use this information to read, respond to and manage your enquiry, and to take steps you request before potentially entering into a contract. We do not use the enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing.
Who receives it
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our Zoho Mail account. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms. Our website is hosted on Vercel.
How long we keep it
We normally keep enquiries that do not become active customer relationships for 12 months, then delete them. Information needed for an active customer relationship, or which must be kept for legal, accounting or contractual reasons, may be retained for the applicable period.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics at launch. We will review this notice and any consent requirements before introducing non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
